Do you have a warranty?
According to our warranty, we support you. This means that within 2 years from the date of purchase, if there is any damage to the materials or craftsmanship of the jewelry, we will repair your product.
We have our own top manufacturing factories, creating handmade, reliable, and durable products. We are confident in the quality of our products, so we offer a two-year warranty period. This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches caused by normal wear and tear (such as bent rings or broken chains), improper use or storage of the product, and any modifications made to the product that are not made by our third party.
Please contact us via email to submit any warranty claims, and our team will follow up with you within 1-2 working days and provide more detailed information:
Important
1. Items purchased through third-party suppliers are not covered by the warranty. Please contact the company that purchased the item.
2. We do not recommend allowing external jewelers to process our products as this would eliminate the possibility of refunds or replacements if defects arise due to their work. This includes resizing or any type of repair work.
3. Please note that in order for us to continue improving, we may require any defective parts to be returned to us for inspection and quality audit.
How do I track my orders?
Please log in and go to your account, then select "My Orders" to check the status of your order. Once your order is packaged and ready for shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email so that you can closely monitor its activity as it arrives at you.
Your order has been handed over to our team to complete. If all the items in your order are in stock, the usual processing time is 3-4 working days!

Yeah! Your order has been packed and is on its way to you. Please note that tracking may take some time to scan into the courier's system to reflect any activity or movement.
Can I cancel or update the order? Or change my shipping address?
If you need to make any changes to the order, including adjusting and canceling the order, or changing the shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that due to our team's efforts to send your order as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order as requested.
For works customized according to customer requirements or with monograms and carvings, once placed, we will not be able to cancel or update the order.
Can my order gift be packaged in a gift box?
We provide standard packaging.
The standard packaging includes a box and a reusable dust bag.
Please note that we are currently unable to ship additional packaging separately as the associated shipping costs will increase.
